Temporary Fulfillment Update

Drivingrich stock is currently moving to the Netherlands. During this transition, all new orders are treated as pre orders.

Orders placed now will be packed and shipped once the new Dutch stock arrives, has been checked, and is ready for fulfillment.

This transition gives us more control over product condition, packing quality, and order handling.

Once your order is packed and handed over to the courier, tracking details will be emailed to you automatically.

Processing Time

During the Dutch stock transition, normal processing times are temporarily paused. Your order will be processed once the new Dutch stock has arrived, has been checked, and is ready to pack.

After this transition is complete, Drivingrich will move to faster Netherlands based fulfillment.

Orders placed before 16:00 Amsterdam time will be fulfilled and brought to our courier warehouse the same day whenever possible.

Orders placed after 16:00 Amsterdam time will usually be fulfilled the next day.

We offer worldwide shipping at no additional cost.

Customers are responsible for any unforeseen customs duties, taxes, or border fees imposed by their country.

Delivery Times

During the Dutch fulfillment transition, delivery time starts after your order has been packed and handed over to the courier.

Current orders are pre orders and will ship once Dutch stock has arrived and passed our stock check.

After dispatch, delivery time depends on your country, courier route, customs processing, and local delivery network.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email, allowing you to monitor the delivery status.

Damaged Or Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@drivingrich.shop.

We will offer either a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

Returns

We stand by the precision and quality of every product. That is why we offer a 14 day money back guarantee.

If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item for a full refund within 14 days of delivery.

During the Dutch stock transition, the 14 day return period starts after your order has been delivered, not from the day you place your pre order.
