Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

During the Dutch stock transition, the 14 day return window starts after your order has been delivered, not from the day you place your pre order.

Condition Of Items

We accept returns only for unopened items in their original packaging.

If an item is opened or shows signs of use, we reserve the right to deny the return or issue a partial refund.

Return Shipping Costs

We cover all return shipping costs.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to ship the item back at our expense.

Refund Process

Contact Us: Email us at support@drivingrich.shop within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return.

Ship The Item: After your return is approved, follow our provided instructions to ship the item back.

Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you. If the return is approved, you can choose to receive your refund via your original payment method or as store credit.

Refund Timeline

We typically issue refunds within 2 weeks after receiving the returned item in acceptable condition.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

If you would like a different product, color, or size, please return your unopened item for a refund, then place a new order separately.
